AAA Million Auto Parts understands that "stuff happens", so we have put together the best return policy in the market. The highlights are:

All products (other than special orders) are returnable for any reason - within 30 days of the delivery date

A credit will be issued within 3-5 days from the date you send the part back

A return can be initiated directly from our website or by emailing aaamillion@aol.com – your choice
How do I initiate a return to AAA Million Auto Parts?
All returns must be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) in advance by emailing aaamillion@aol.com. You will receive an RGA.
What is a Return Authorization number?
A Return Goods Authorization is a number assigned specifically to your return and is used for internal tracking purposes.
How do you calculate my credit?
AAA Million Auto Parts will issue a credit for the full price of the part purchased, less:

The original outbound freight charge cost incurred by AAA Million Auto Parts

The cost of the prepaid return label that we send to you along with the RGA
-
A 20% restocking fee
Note: Customer paid freight / handling charges are not refundable
What if the error was made by AAA Million Auto Parts (e.g. wrong part delivered etc.)?
If the error was made by AAA Million Auto Parts or our supplier / partner, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. We will also provide the prepaid return label free of charge.
Are there limitations on items that can be returned?
Special order items are non-returnable, but all other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their part. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new, in salable condition and in the original packaging. Parts cannot be returned if the part was installed or modified. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense.
How soon can I expect my refund for my returned part?
Your refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of the date that you ship the return if you utilize the return label we provide – the fastest credits in the industry! Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once processed. Your credit will be issued against the original purchase method (e.g. credit card, PayPal account, etc.) which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.
Can International orders be returned?
Yes, international orders may be returned. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and all international orders must be received within 30 days of the customer receiving the package.
If you made a payment via international wire transfer or ACH, please be aware of the following refund policy:

Currency and Exchange Rate: All transactions are conducted in US Dollars (USD). Therefore, any refunds will be processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).

Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Please note that we are not liable for any fluctuations in the exchange rate that may occur between the time of your purchase and the time of your refund. The exchange rate applied during the refund process will be determined by our payment processing partners and may differ from the rate at the time of purchase.
